Sorry to hear that Lenny! hope that you can find the bastard thief! Mine right now is hangin from rear bumper with some carabiners, but as soon as the engine surgery will bring my chevy back to life I'll have some chain rings welded!
Any rival clubs in the area? Maybe its some dumb prospect initiation. Either way, i hope you get it back.
How was it mounted? Could they just reach in and grab it, or did they have to put in effort? If it was just sitting there, could be ANYBODY even a recycler. If it was actually mounted, it had more value to the thief, as in bragging rights to another club, ect.
