As mentioned before the shipping cost is not adding to the total amount.
At least not for international shipping.
Perhaps somebody should let Thom Taylor know about this and have him fix it.

Hi guys, I helped Thom make this temporarily site, and he sent me the code for the pay pal buttons that I added for him. There is a link on the first page were you can add zip code or choose country, but it looks like he didn't add shipping cost to the button, so I will try to fix this issue for him as soon as I get the shipping costs from him.

Just glad to help him! I haven't been able to reach him yet, so an option is to remove the button until we can fix it....but I wouldn't do this before consulting him. I guess the best thing is to have him send an invoice to everyone that has ordered with the shipping cost.

 

I also paid before I realised that shipping was not added. Should have been paying more attention to what I was doing!

 

My wife ordered mine last night. Had the same issue with the shipping cost. I figured we would get an email from Thom about the extra charges. No worries.

I also ordered a copy. Did not get charged shipping, but I entered my zip and got charged sales tax (Either they have a location in KS or its treating everything as local pickup?). I put a note to seller to let me know about shipping. It looks like a great book and I didn't want to risk not getting a copy
