what a show this year, even with the addition of late models it still had some outstanding rides. I am not sure what the total count was but there was no open space on Saturday. '32 and '40 ford fans should enjoy the shots seemed to be no shortage of outstanding examples..

I will be posting my pictures tonight but here is a few to get started.

Here is the link to all my pictures incase you can not wait

    http://public.fotki.com/Boones/car_shows/gg-west-coast-natio/

I will start the pictures off with my ride for the weekend. 500 hp, 6 sp and 4:88 gears made it fun.. its forsale is someone is looking for a car with history..(50's mild custom turned gasser in early 60's).

and now some of my favorites (more will follow)

Anyone know what the blue "european sports" looking car is? Whatever it is it's really cool.

willysguy, your willys was the baddest of the group. there were several black ones there but with the stainless and 'greyed' wheels and injection it just set a tone that I dug. it was one of my top 5 cars at the event and possibly my favorite non-gasser willys ever.

KIRK!. I even asked Goodguys Bill (in the golf cart) where you were. thought i might have to climb into the modified to get your attention.. I criss crossed the grounds a dozen times over the weekend to get good pictures, thought I might find you.. what was final car count, seemed packed on Saturday

  25. Tman - if you were asking about this vehicle, it's a Packard woody "station sedan",
    not a Nash......

1949 model.......only 472 built, according to one source.

Great coverage and very nice Phở.jpg Toes.jpg ... thanks for taking the time to upload & share your pics with the HAMB ... it's very much appreciated!

NOTE: You & I must have similar taste in cars ... I took snapshots of almost every car you did ... I've been contemplating doing my own Goodguys WCN Picture thread ... but now there's absolutely no need to post mine ... thanks for saving me a bunch of work ;) :).

  30. gearheadbill -

That's the "GATTO" (Italian for CAT)

It's a one-off creation built for Bill Grimsley by the very talented guys @ Moal Coachbuilders logo.jpg .

As Boones already eluded to, the MOAL GATTO badge.jpg is powered by a rare '64 Ferrari GT 250 V-12 engine.

For more on this car, be sure to checkout Jive-Bomber Jay's Jalopy Journal Blog (& the resultant HAMB thread) entitled All Aluminum, Hand Built, Ferrari V-12 Powered = Breathtaking.
