We had a great time in Phoenix, I really like that place and there's one old car on damn near every street.

Thanks, man! Plus those quarters where from a post car so they wouldn't have worked anyway. Let's see, pretty much done with the drivers side. The whole gas neck chingas was all rotted out so fixed that.

Pulled an all nighter last night. Got the body work finished and into some purple base.

 

love the way the paint is comin out! Looks real nice.

 

That's just some base over primer for a round 1. I am so tired. pulled an all nighter Friday night, and then again on Sunday. Gotta finish up the hood still. Moving on to finish up some stuff on my van. Hopefully will have some stuff done in time to drive to Ventura for Primers!

Go to the first page for the before pic. Quite a transformation. Mikes metal skills are mind boggling.

 

Barney has rose from the dead. The semi- jank split manifold had broken off and it was down for a bit. We got his fenton headers installed, fixed a fuel leak, deleted the oil filter, re did the gas and vacuum lines to the carbs, Took a spacer out off a carb, fabbed a new linkage to the duece set up, and reinforced and re bushed his accelerater linkage. Only took 3 fucking days. It's rapping good now! and no longer leaks!!!

 

Cool! So glad you finally got rid of that half ass split manifold set-up.
Viva Las Vegas was a lot of fun. Wish you two holigans could come visit for our summer party. Keep up the good work.
