I believe you are absolutely correct. 1924 was the first year for Chrysler.

Ok sports fans......You seen to like quizzes so I am going to offer up an American car which is a known make and I think one or two have been on this thread. The lights that are on it appear to be electric as I think they were put on a few years later.

To give some of you who are new to all of these early cars sometime to work on it, you all have until next Wednesday. Here is the only rule.....If you think you know what it is PM me, but DO NOT POST IT. I will announce the first five correct answers in the order that I received them Wednesday morning.

******* I want to add that you need to tell me the Model and how many cylinders it has so that way we can have a definitive answer********

To be fair with everyone all around the world the next quiz will start at 9AM East coast time next Wednesday when I announce the winner or the closest answer to this first quiz......

Another one I found in my stash. This is one of my favorite vintage photos of all time. I would love to have a really good, high quality print of this to frame...and wish I knew the story behind it.

Whatya mean, who's driving. Electric. Doesn't it drive itself, sort of like cars that have been in the news recently?

Nyet. nyet, nyet, Comrade! You're dead wrong
on this one. It's a 1939 "ZIS 101A Sports" built
in the Soviet Union. Unfortunately, it ended up
being a "one off" prototype, with further
development and any chance of production
halted by WWII, or as Russians call it, "The
    Great Patriotic War"

MrFire, they SHOULD have celebrated a tad, as it was an Australian gunnery sergeant whose .303 bullet killed the bloody baron. Just took 90 years to get the credit right! I wish I could remember the machine-gunner's name. I'll bet you know, so throw me a line here.
