Now wait a minute, that picture was taken on a So-Cal freeway. Typically car are not moving very fast, sometimes not at all.

That's a 70 Torino you have there right? Man that's a sweet car in beautiful shape!

I had a lady friend with one, she took great care of it, and after many years I tracked her down hoping she still had it.. Blasted woman lent it to her daughter who ditched it in a lake one night while "partying" !? Needless to say I did not inquire if the daughter was hurt.

Would love to own one, but need to finish my garage expansion first!

It's actually rather pathetic to see so many photos of topless cars in this thread just sitting. Doesn't anyone actually DRIVE their cars.

The thread was dumb from the the get go, just a way for a guy to get his non HAMB car in the HAMB under a silly pretense.

 

We drive em' this '58 vette has over 600,000 miles on it! 3 engines, 2 rebuilds. Owned it for 42 years - Big John Pulled it out of a junk yard when he was a mere 16 years old. It had to be towed home then, and here she is Still Runnin! and yes the Vette folks hate us! he he Damn rock chips and we don't care! lol

Sorry guys!..... But it's all I got! I spent the last 15 years workin' 60-70 hour weeks slavin' away for the man and sleepin' away the only one day I had off per week. I never had time for a project car to work on, so I went out and bought the new O/T '05 Ford. Maybe, I hope to buy an old chevy one of these years for a retirement project... Will that make ya happy???
