Hot Rods 48-52 ford brake drums

    does anyone know of any other brake drums that will work for this setup i cant see spending 150 each for new drums for this ratrod im building. any help with this would be great.

    49 Went with a different style of drum from the 48s. Iceman

    I believe you are talking about '47 - '52 F-1 truck drums, right? If so, check with your local Checker/Kragen/Schucks parts house. A client of mine just picked up a pair from them for something like 65.00 each. They had to order them for him and it took a day but I couldn't beat the price.

    I think Napa has them..I know the wheel cylinders are available as I bought some..

    I'm looking for a pair of '46 drums for the rear of my coupe, and the local NAPA didn't have them listed on the 'puter, counter guy said this meant no NAPA wouldl have them.
