Not been six months yet, unless it has been torn down, if it is still out there it should surface after about six months. Keep the faith, mine came home yours will too.

I'll be watching Reno. If they are dumb enough to show up to Hot August Nights that is. Only the dumb ones get caught as they say

    I feel for ya man.

Here's a tip re: helping you keep an eye out on Craig's List - Download Mozilla Firefox - it's an alternative browswer to Internet Explorer, and it's free, just type Firefox into Google.

Then, go to www.crazedlist.com (NOT www.craigslist.com) and follow the directions.

Crazedlist.com allows you to search EVERY SINGLE city and town on Craigs list with a few key strokes, and to have them all on one screen. Yes, you have to scroll through them, but you can pick your search terms to narrow down your search.

You can realistically search every single city and town for your truck periodically. Given that, if they're going to sell it, the thief will probably lie low for a few months, then give it a try. Also, in case anyone hasn't noticed, the market for higher ticket classic cars is really soft, so, chances are, if the thief posts the truck once, they're going to post it at least several times, increasing your chance of getting a hit with your search.

Hope this helps, and I have my fingers crossed, and my eyes open in CT.

    Chris

Since that's a recurring crime scene, I wonder if some of us Texas H.A.M.B.er's shouldn't bait a trap there.... lurk in the bushes with 12 gauge shotguns.
Nah, we'd be the ones to get the ticket for discharging a weapon in the city limits. Austin is a sanctuary city.

We know it wasn't stolen for a joy ride, would have turned up by now. So it was stolen for parts (most likely as they are easier to move then the whole truck) or to ship over seas. Just pray it is still in the "cool off" period and stupid will list or try to run the thing.

  29. Today's bump..............I Keep hoping this truck will peek it's head out from under the covers.
