This one is on my top 5 list of all time Model A's. I am trying to convince my brother to eventually build his coupe much like this. Looks like it's going to eat children for breakfast.

Yes, Dick Patterson's A Coupe was the one that did it for me. It was and has become an icon of Hot Rods. All home built in his garage!!!

I saw this 1929 Cord coupe several years ago at an ACD event in Auburn, IN. Not a hot rod, but to me this is some very cool styling.

That one is cool but the funny thing is, every time I see your avatar, my breath is taken away. That ride of yours is killer. Plus a hand full of other hamber's cars. My $.02

The Hirohata Merc does it for me, with respect to customs. For hot rods- the Mooneyham and Sharp coupe!

this is one of my all-time favorite cars EVER! i first saw it in the Rodder's Journal, but got to inspect it later at a Goog Guys show. it is flawlessly beautiful. i'm glad i got to see it again last year at the Flying A Garage before it fell back into oblivion.

Jim Inglese "Full House" does it for me! I'm collecting parts and details with the gracious help of Jimrob who has been unbelievably helpful in nailing the details. Ever since I saw that one on the Wildwood NJ Boardwalk years ago I can't get it out of my head. My ultimate toy.

I'm a Hot Rodder and a Kustom Kar Freek ,,i fell in love with this Merc when I took this pic,,in '57 ,sitting at Ed Roths Shop ,after Ed Roth taught me how to pin stripe ,,i wa a 15 year old kid from Iowa ,, ,,,i've dreamed about that Schneider Merc ever since ,,It's a one of a kind ,,Nobody has even tried to duplicate or clone it since it dissapeared in '60 or so ,,

Man it would be hard to decide from any of the 3 40's above. All are beautiful and timeless in their looks. These pictures could have been taken 40 years ago.

Not many cars that "take my breath away".
Most cars I see- even those that others see as perfect- I'm rebuilding them in my mind.

Until I laid eyes on this.
    JJ Barnhardt's 32 5 window.
Only thing I would change is the name on the title.

Oh- and I'd run the hood sides like the 1st pic.

OMG, Still...you aint just a kiddin'...my desktop background now. Cars like that come close to ruining me for any others, and I'm dead serious. Hear's one that might be allowed to park next to it...maybe behind it...a 1937 Cadillac Series 90 coupe.

And another 1937 Cadillac Series 90...a 2-door sedan...in chocolate brown. Yum.
