Stefen..Your wagon looks good man..the silver roof on the Mercury kicks ass but you don't need that on your car..Long roofs rule...

I was planning on buying a 57 Ford before i bought the wagon. 57-59 Fords are awesome cars...2 dr hard tops, Rancheros, wagons, i love 'em all.

The car sits without engine now and with a rebuilt tranny. I have to make up my mind...sell the wagon and do something cool with the Galaxie OR build the wagon the way i want it = shiny white paint & air bagged.

Since i bought my 64 Galaxie the wagon has been getting no attention at all. But some weeks ago i gave her some of my time. I cleaned her up under the hood. I also gave the 352 some TLC before i mounted it. This winter the wagon has cost me some money that i rather would have put on paint and broken glass but i guess it will be like a total different car to drive with new (non leaking) exhaust manifolds & re-built tranny. I also mounted new freeze plugs, valve covers, air cleaner, motor mounts & some other stuff. Boring pics but here you go...

    Almost all cleaned up...

Man, I like the blue better than the white. That's a great looking wagon!
