STOLEN***White 1968 Shelby Near Atlanta, GA

I know this is not the right year....but this board covers large areas with alot of people. Here is my link for SAAC. My Project Shelby was stolen tonight from Atlanta, GA. If anyone has any info, let me know. Thanks

Wow, and I just got done reading in hot rod mag how shelby saved a house. How awkward and ironic. That sucks, eyes peeled for a shelby of any kind!

 

I posted a link on a few MOPAR sites, maybe someone will see something. It sucks for any car guy to have this happen!

That sucks badly..... I keep several vehicles blocking my car in at my house. The only way they could get it is by removing the neighbouring fence which might attract attention. The Shelby can never be restored and registered with the vin that is on it for sure. Lets hope some idiot tries to register it......stranger things have happened.

 

When you say "project"... is it running/driving?

Sorry to hear it. No matter what year it is, it sucks for it to happen. GD thieves oughtta have there hands cut off.

 

Seem's to be a pattern of classic car theft in the ATL area. I know of 2 recent thefts from friends that live near me on the south side. Very brazen mid day jobs out of garages and driveways. Keep your stuff locked up and monitored!

Not likely I'll ever see it but I do know people that are into Fords from that era. I'll out some feelers out.

My buddy since high school bought a 69 Shelby rag top and has been trying to restore it for 35 yrs. He has it in his garage insured for $120k. Rag tops are worth $250,000.00 restored.

You do have insurance , right?
