Just picked this up about a month ago. Anyone got a rear bumper for sale? Also, I'd love to see some custom 63's if you got some pics! Thanks.

  2. I used to have a 63 boxtop 2 door hardtop. One of the best riding and driving cars I ever owned.Wish I had kept it.Sorry, no bumper, but just be glad you aren't looking for a 64 rear bumper. They are expensive.

Yeah, she rides nice for sure. Even lowered, it floats on down the road in comfort. I'm lovin the hell out this car. Even looks good for a 4 door!

try the Galaxie club of america. I found my bumpers thru them. They were super nice and super expensive. Should be a little cheaper for a 63

Awesome!!! Whats the plans if any??? Sinticket here on the HAMB is building a '62 in an early lowrider style and it's coming out pretty rad.

Not to sure yet, was thinking about shaving it and changing the white. I like the red flake top and wheels though. I have not seen any shaved 63's, at least not fully shaved. May do red and mexican blanket interior. I'm not going to crazy though, I want to keep it as daily as possible, my son loves riding in her! Thanks for the bumper tip, I'll check em out.

I've got a spare rear bumper but assume shipping to the US won't make any sense

Like I said in another thread I think the 63 4 doors look better than the 2! That's why I've owned 2 of them. Just fantastic cars, wish I still had the grey one.

I think this one is in Tennessee somewhere

I might have a decent rear bumper laying around somewhere, getting it to you might be a bitch though.

I've seen your (former) gray car all over the web and on youtube. That is one of the coolest Galaxies I have ever seen. I too have a 63 4 door that I am in the process of fixing up and constantly use pics of your old car for inspiration. I'm going to paint mine black with a silver metal flake roof. I think I'm going to keep the trim also. I'm having the interior done in all white tuck and roll. One step at a time.

I am so glad that you are OK, man the bad posts just keep on rolling in.
Sheetmetal and paint can be replaced yoyr health is most important.

Starting to get paranoid with my '62, at every opportunity it has bit me and it ain't even on the road!
