Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by mctim64, Apr 11, 2010.

  1. Hey Rocky, I haven't seen any new pix of your C/GD. Do you have a build thread going? I see Carls car is coming along. ;)

  2. A little more work today. ;) The cowl is done and the trailer is ready for paint. May 22nd is coming fast but I will be there. :D

Awesome build and really like the Y block treatment you selected to run with.

Tim, you have a blower manifold for that Y-block? Lippy

  13. No! But I would like one. ;) After I recover from the cost of building the chassis I think stuffing the engine is in order, after all it is certified to 7.50 so I might as well try to make it. :D

  14. OK! the car is home now and my niece Mika had to try it on for size. ;)

I absolutely love the build! I wish I knew half the crap you've forgotten! I've followed the build a little over on Y Blocks Forever Forum!

Can't wait to see it finished.

  29. With no engine or trans. the chassis weighs next to nothing, don't worry it will have more support as it gains weight. ;)

  30. OK! Got the engine in yesterday, now just have a few things to button up and it's ready to run. 22nd is still two weeks away but next weekend will be filled with "Dry Lakes" activity. :D
