As the clocks went forward, and it was in the low 70's today...I dragged my camera down to the local cruise night....Official count was 157 cars...fairly low for this place...Pics below are of the stuff I hadn't seen before. Tough choice... Yeah...its got a hemi... Caddy powered sedan was real nice Big block powered COE was really sweet '53 Stude Commander was very clean...the plastic caps are temporary till he figures a way to keep the stock ones in place Yes please.... Super clean '55, running a 572 & a Tremec 5 speed The rest can be seen HERE
I hear ya...the usual number for this place is about 200...but for the 1st one of the year, not too bad!
Muffler B, How about next wed? They meet every week there, it's not an annual thingy Dave, Great to see ya there yesterday, Caleb had a blast! He loves cruzin the '35 with his daddy-o.
Likewise Steve, he looks right at home in the Coupe, you just need to teach him the arm on the window pose for crusin.... Cheers!! EVERY Wednesday, Scott & El Camino in the Boston Market/Mervyns lot, people arrive from 2.30-3pm and its usually all done by 7.30 Me too...saw it last summer at a few shows I know, i was hoping for more..... See ya there Brian, look forward to checking out the Low Salle... Indeed it is.
This is why you need to pack up and move to San Jose and stop fiddling around up North, all the action is down here my brotha... and business too
I guess I should have "listened to the voices" and gone yesterday..... That Green A with the Hemi was For Sale on Clist for a looong time last year. Did it sell or the guy decide to keep it?
sorry about the low turnout, but give it a couple of weeks for word to get around and there'll be 250 cars showing up pretty soon
