We're getting ready to tear her down for body work and paint so I figured I would start a build thread on her. My grandfather, dad, and a couple of close friends all get together once a week and build hot rods. This is car number 6 since we started doing it about 5 years ago. hope ya enjoy.

Great looking truck, and nice fab work! I dont care what they say, fenderless trucks done right are cool.

I'll be honest, I am not a huge fan of these style trucks but the fabrication work is outstanding. I love the tailgate latches. Well done!!

I really like the way you handled the bottom edge of the bed sides. Made it follow along the cab. Super cool touch!

just caught the mechanisms for the tailgate latches instead of chains ! pretty slick i assume a pin will drop through to hold it in place ! any better close up shots of them ?

F'd up!.....is what I usually think about these trucks, but you nailed the look with the contour of the bottom of the bed flowing and mating with the bottom of the cab.

Not to mention all the cool fab stuff......cool!

There is definitely some good fabrication going on with this one. I'm hoping this style of build will fade into the sunset in the future. There have been way too many bodies ruined on this "look at me style" that will never contribute again to any sane style build. Even Rudy has moved on....................time for the lemmings to follow suit.

Everything except the grille...looks too squatty body...needs to be narrowed or something.
