Hot Rods Pics of my Friends Model A Special Coupe

Engine and tranny are in, he wants to fire it before plopping the body on. Probably be an all winter ordeal, but I'll keep updating as he keeps progressing.

 

I wne to my Friend Logans house today to give him a Christmas gift. He wants to fire his engine before he dumps the body on it. Everything is ready to go, his radiator is getting shortened as we speak and H&H Flatheads is fly cutting his heads. As soon as both those items show up he can fire it and as long as that goes smooth he will FINALLY mate the body with the chassis.

Heres some decent chassis shots. Note details like the bent wishbones, tube through the frame for E brake cable, home made engine mounts, rear torque arm, shift gate, etc.

Logan's A Coupe looks awesome, it's too bad they don't have the internet in Dalton Gardens, so he could see all the positive feedback on his car.

Pretty much just his 40 pickup and this. He has a 40 tudor, 26/27 tub and a 32 frame he is looking for a roadster body for on he back burner.

My favorite part about this car is, Logan will actually drive this. The first time I road in his 40 pickup we were booking along at 85mph. I looked over at him, he was just laughing!

I went over there the other day. Logan got his lil radaitor back from the shop...it looks really funny being so short! He also got it running after having to send his heads to H&H to get fly cut. Man, this mother fucker sounds sooooooooooo good! Check out the video!! Frame is pretty much done now...after many many months and he's about ready to drop the body on it. I'll keep you guys informed!!
