i will be 40 in two weeks and i prefer from 1950 back.
although i currently own a 56 cadillac and a 38 cadillac, everything else i have owned was pre-war. and all the car i plan on buying are cars and trucks from 1900 thru 1950.
everytime i go to the local club meetings and events, i also seem to be the young guy. but all the old timers have a lot of good stories to tell and good advice to give.

I'm 63 years old. I bought my first model A (a 1928 Tudor) with my paper route money. I wasn't old enough to drive (legallyl), so my dad drove it home where I took it apart, learned a lot, and never got it back together. I now own four Model A's... a '28 Speedster that my son and I built about five years ago. What a fun project for both of us. Also in the barn - a '30 Tudor that's a good running beater. Maybe we'll put a flathead in it some day. A '31 Standard Phaeton - that's the one with four doors. And a '31 Special Delivery (Natural Wood). Not too many of those around.

74 here .... First car was a 1940 Ford convertible, then a '49 tudor. Skipped about 45 years, then had a 1930 Ford roadster (SBC) for 3 years, now finally back full circle to a flathead 1929 Ford roadster pickup.
