The 51 merc will leave Thursday for Sweden. Customcory tattooed the trunk.

 

That's awesome. It'd be cool if the new owner could somehow work that into the final paint scheme.

Damn , its suppose to rain the day it gets picked up, Hakan will get to see it here anyway. Had a good experience doing business with Hakan, aka Wellsville. Into a container and off to Sweden it goes. Thanks for the comments guys.

Congratulations Hakan ! I'm seriously interested in the front grille guard assy if you don't plan to use it.

 

Tom,, my plan is to use the guard myself,, AND you know for what,, possibly same as your plan ,, as a grille bar ! But I might know of a set for you ,,, I´ll ask the guy If he still has it.

OOps,, SO sorry I´ve missed all this,, No,, no secret,, my "plan" is like this,, I have a "messed up " 50 merc sitting that needs a roof,,and I also have some parts + title for a 51 convert. So my plan it to make "corys" into a "carson" top convertible (with Tinguys 51 as my BIG Inspiration,,my hat off to him!),,and the roof will make a floowing top to the 50 project,, well that IS my story and I´m sticking to it !!

I´ll keep you guys posted,,that IS a promise!
