  4. Looks good. Mine is pretty like that under the roached body. I think F 1's are going to be the 32's of the 21 century.

You should seriously consider lowering that thing a little [IMG] Looks like a good foundation there. What is the body like? Are you keeping it stock body-wise? Those trucks are bad ass.

yeah i was thinking about going a little lower!
the body is in decent shape, it needs the usual patches.
Im not gonna chop it, i like the look of this bodystyle unchopped. its gonna be shaved and nosed. thinking of a candy color for the outside, white tuck and roll for the interior
i'll keep everyone updated as it comes along
i finally got it to stage where i thought it was worthy of the HAMB
i plan on driving this truck to the Lonestar Round up this year

Wow! Nice looking roller. If you head north you can help me with my '53. I also think you cannot image link to Fotki with a free account ... so here is a taster for the masses. Keep the updates coming.

    Later,
    papa al

    Thanks Ryan!

I'm still not sure. I've tossed around the idea of cutting up a 55 F100 grille and putting it inbetween the current buckets. I've also thought about a tube grille, and also some sort of phantom grille around the buckets. Know what I mean? I have no idea what I will end up with!

Ok you two, how did you get those trucks so low? I don't have the skill to pull off Lodaddyo's kinda work, but I got this thing in my Oh-so-small garage that is sitting about foot too high.

come on now Rev, i think your selling yourself short
    it wasnt that difficult
I used a Speedway mustangII crossmember, stock control arms
up front, a huge C-notch and a Triangulated 4-link on the rear and my buddy fabbed me up some air bag mounts
but you can buy all the mounting brackets from suicidedoors.com, they cater to the minitruckers but they make some quality parts
    check them out

  18. Hey rev Theres always the Volare setup Thats what I used and my trucks pretty low. Downside is you acn't airbag it. But who needs airbags anyway

Mine has a 65 Galaxie clip and we removed some (broken) leaves in the rear. We will be adding a step notch and bags to the back in the near future. (The same treatment as the panel...the one in the background on the left behind my truck.) I added some whitewalls recentlyk, and it brought the front end up! [IMG] I will either yank off the whitewalls, buy new tires for the front and add the 14's back, or see what I can do about the galaxie suspension.
