What's up my name is Greg I'm from Columbus OH. Iv'e been working on old cars all my life, mostly old Chevys and a couple of Pontiacs here and there. In 1983 when I was 3 years old my grandpa Harry bought a 1951 Chevy hardtop I've been hooked ever since. He belonged to a car club called The Strokers Rod & Custom Assn. they were established here in Columbus in 1948. The club disbanded in the early 1990s and one or two of the original members owned the name so recently I tracked them down and they let me take the club and bring it back I'm pretty stoked about it. Currently I working on a 1954 Bel Air 2 door Hardtop shes a beaut. The car is pretty much all original with 38,xxx original miles. I found it in a garage locally it had sat in there since 1968 and had never moved. Other than a few dents and dings from 40 years of kids and life the car was in very nice shape 99% rust free and the interior is spotless. It was a very nice find and the money was right. Well i just thought I'd introduce my self, this is a great site and it has been very cool reading all the great threads and all the cool old cars and parts for sale have fun and keep it alive. See ya, Greg
