I think Galaxies make some of the best lowriders, along with the big body mercurys from the early 60's. I may be a little biased. :D

Haha. Thanks. It looks nicer in pictures. We're gonna juice it eventually. But it's on the backburner right now.

Daaaaang. Thats a nice shot. Never seen that one before. *rightclicksave*

Thank you very much for the kind words my friend. I appreciate it.

  19. what a 70's lowrider should look like!

  20. Yeah, I think those are from the '08 Street Car Nats, Juan. Not 100% sure and the link didn't say, but the grounds look like it.

Haha, that's the same show my pics are from. Funny thing is, I went to probably 10 or more shows last summer and pretty much everyone had killer lowriders. It's funny we both posted from the same show because there are a lot more out there. This was just the local Nagoya area and this show represented 20 or so car clubs-almost all in central Japan.

Anyway, post more Comet, they are more than welcome i seem to understand....

While we're at it, If that is only the Nagoya area stuff...how many lowrider clubs are
there in Japan???? it seems like a lot!

I guess even they fuck up once in a while :D
those are skylark wires on it too.I had just put those on about a month before I sold it.those bullets caps look fucked!the pic where it's gold was just before I put the wires on it.

Sorry Laid but i dont see anything wrong really.
Sure it could have better paint but that photo is about 4 years old at least anyway, so
it might have a nice roof by now.
Dont see anything wrong about Skylarks w/ bullets......pretty kool IMO.
But of course japs also build shitty rides, not that often but they do.
Its more the fact that the good ones are sooooo damn good.

Howard Gribble aka Kid Duece has quite a collection of old photos. I had the honor of interviewing him and photographing him for a future issue of Lowrider Magazine. His Flickr album is amazing and his has alot more photos that he has not scanned.
