Enjoyed 5 trips to Cuba this year to help Jose with his 55 and 56 Chevy. Just returned last week and helped Jose bring home his new project a 1959 Impala.

thanks to fellow members who have helped with various parts.

I am now on the lookout for some exterior badging for a 59 Impala.

    thanks Jeff

Best thing to happen to me had nothing to do with anything automotive. Behold, the 15lb fury that keeps me in line and gives me the much needed kick in the ass daily. Couldn't live without this little shit. She just turned 1 year old. rescued her in January of '09 from a shelter where she was dumped with 4 other pups

Had a really nice year. New granddaughter on St. Patrick's day. Picked up a nice31 ford coupe while in California. Had a long term job in California that let me be in a position to attend the Bakersfield March meet. Had another good job in Florida that kept me warm through the winter, so far
anyway. Got a month off for Christmas, and a job to return to in January.
Also lived to see 60 years old! I have been blessed this year indeed, and I am truly grateful. MickeyC

  13. hard to choose

but either getting my first tattoos or getting my '30 Coupe after searching for 2 years to find a decent one here in Michigan

In no paticular order. Gained a granddaughter 4yrs. old, Const. Co. I work for decided to close the local office and extended a offer of employment [ which I accepted as a traveling super] Made more progress on the 56, kids are doing good, wife thought it was ok for me to build a fed and our 25th annv. is coming up. Good outweighs the bad.

Golt fired from my job of 21 years. I know that doesn't sound good but REALLY it was a good thing, trust me! The place was literally killing me, I HATED it!!!! I crossed the wrong guy and then ended up working for him a few months ago. I told the pother guys I'd be gone by Christmas, didn't even make Labor day. It was a blessing though, I feel like a new man. Still haven't found a new job but it's all good. I know something is just around the corner, I can feel it.

  27. That is the best one here. Rock on dude. I have not seen my girls in almost 3 years. One day I will have luck like yours.

2009 has not been bad. Broke but still afloat and still have all my toys and home and great wife.
