Any hamBers out there know a good supplier on replacement patch panels for a 30 model a coupe . its need cowl panels amd loer quarter panels replaces on both sides and so other stuff any help would be great Thanks for your time
Those are very common Model A rust zones and as such are available at any Model A supplier. The last set I installed came from Harry's in Grants Pass, Oregon.
what about howell's, my shit fit perfect!! alittle trimming and that was it!! and they are there in texas!! so if your shit was wrong you take it back and bitch about it!!
I used some from Macs, the lowers (Cowl & rear 1/4 lowers) were OK they all need some tweaking on them but the wheel well panels are not even close to the originals I just needed a small section and ended up making my own wheel well patch. Howell's are supposed to be a good match but I've heard stories of very long waiting on them
Brookville has alot of good shit but there side patch panels are not worth a shit, they might fit there bodys perfect but not that great,i bought my cowl and fender well patchs from snyders and they were way better,a older guy makes them, brookville has good rear panels,lids,subrails...
any body know who can bead roll a custom 30 coupe bottom cowl patch with a little arch in it like a 32 cow?i want it to match a stock looking bead
I had Tim Young at Irrational Metal Works in Combine, TX patch my 31 Model A coupe. We used Howells wheel well patches and they were delivered the day after ordering. Tim can tweak aftermarket panels to fit perfectly. He also has a Pulmax machine and the dies to make panels if needed.
