Very nice metal work. that grille opening just flows into the rest of the car.

Very, very, very nice. I always loved the '52-'54 Fords with a fish mouth.

When I initially looked at the "before" and "in progress" pic's I thought "what's the point." When I saw the finished product I knew EXACTLY what the point was! That looks real nice. I mean REAL nice. Way smooth. Great attention to detail. And great job! Clutch.

What did you use to radius the conduit?
Also, what size is that conduit?I am doing something similar on the 50 Chevy but I am having a hard time making the pieces symmetrical. Any tips?

i used a coat hanger to get the radius. then once i got the shape i wanted i out lined it out on to a piece of wood. used it as a buck. i tried using a pipe bender but just kept kinking the pipe. i couldn't get such a tight bend. i used a plywood as thick as the pipe 1/2".

i measured from the center of the top lip to the center of the fender. so it bends directly under the headlight and lines up with the fender lip on top. then just marked it on the pipe and just bent it. tape one end of the 1/2" conduit and fill it up with sand. make sure you pack it in and tape up the other end. without the sand it will kink the pipe.

i hope that helps. anymore question just ask.
