Hey whats up guys, well me and my buddy Lalo started getting down on my 57, getting her ready for the Mooneyes xmas car show. I'll post up pics sometime this week of our progress, My only problem right now is im deciding which color i should go with im tired of the flat black haha...So if anyone has any ideas id really appreciate it thanks! Heres some pics before we started working on her

Granted, I'm biased, but I believe green is one of the most underused colors. There is a million versions and they always stand out. In a slew of black and red, green always has a show like quality. MIne is 2004 Sublime Lime from Saturn with flatner instead of gloss. For kustoms; green, orange, and purple are always winners.
Cool ride, I agree on the green. How about Emerald flake wheels and roof, gloss black ribbon flames on the matt, a bit of mixed green shades of striping...
just dont paint it red 57's look better 2 toned (imho) how wild do you want to get? how about house of kolors orential blue do a panel job (or lace) with silver/gold bases / pagen gold roof heavy on the flake
What color is the interior? More glossy black w/ a near boat 'flake silver roof. Mabe some simple tight 'line's on the hood and deck for flavor. Crome reverse w/ the wide white's will look custom, while the same tar's w/ Cragar's will look '60's tough.
The lighter colors and a two-tone job seem to give the 57 Fords a better appearance and show off the styling better than any dark single color especially flat black. A cream top with any nice blue or green would be a fresh face at any event and the crowds will gather.
hey ZOMBIE...that is 1 fine ford, yea she's ready for paint. if she were mine, and it's not DAMN IT! HA! i would paint it all MAROON baby. no 2 toon for me, na.not negative, and hell never! but that's just me. good luck on YOUR decision...POP.

Since i just got a damn DUI im going to have to hold back on flaking it since i dont have the money for that now haha...Ya i really love that green but one of my good friends 53 bel air is that same green, im thinkin right now maybe Purple or a midnight blue?
Creme base with gold scallops outlined in light blue...this was what the White Pearl '57 had and it was awesome. I like the glossy black, too.... Have fun!!!!
