Haulin' Ass on Daytona Beach - 1952

I don't think this has been posted before. If it has been, sorry for the repeat.

At any rate, this is a must see for the hardcore! Of particular interest are the Fords, which are, of course, running hopped up Flatheads. For anyone who is in doubt on how strong they could be, be sure to pay attention! (Note: be sure to watch the entire video.)

Skwurl is spot on. Also, notice the "Speed VISION" logo...they had great stuff on that channel. Speed Channel leaves MUCH to be desired.

 

The drivers had huge balls but the spectators ball's weren't much smaller.

 

I love how they took the busted body panels off!!! LMAO

Now we know where all the hoods and decklids went. They're at Daytona Beach, beat off the cars with sledge hammers and left to rot in the sand. Steven.
