    I made this today. Im not an aluminum expert, but i am starting to really love this stuff.

    looks pretty expert to me,,,how did you do the circular holes? they look like they are chamfered

    The holes are done with my trusty 3 inch mitler bros knockout punch.

    The car it goes on is not mine. The guy that owns it wants aluminum, and I am always eager to do new and exciting things, so aluminum it is.

    After working it on aircraft for ten years, I'd much rather form alum over steel any day.
