I understand that it says it's a '39, but look at the rear opening and how big it is. It is a back seat rear opening which is only on a '40, not a '39. Also, in one of the pictures you can see the opening for the trunk, also only on a '40. Unless this is not a real convertible, but a cut coupe, then it could be a '39.
o-ok sorry didnt understand what you were saying, i do know that it was a real converitalbe but i have no idea is any of it was changed to a 40
