Check out the headlights, the hemi, all the holes, the Chrisman chop- it's all goin' on, as usual. I could look at Mr. Stanford's stuff all day.
John Jackson you mash it every week with sweet shots.

    Killer show so far guys!

    Jokem, love the sign!

KCSledz, really into the designs you do! Love to see them every week!

Sonny...amazing frankie, just when I thought I've seen you're best, you pull out another awesome piece of work!

Norwell, you're just too lucky...although Stanford is one of the greats, I think I would rather have one of your originals!

Here is what I did this past week...it's not quite on topic, but it represents good old fashioned sign lettering and haircuts. If you are in Denver go look up my friend Brian at Ollie's for the best haircut in town. He specializes in classic fades, flat tops and anything else your dad or grand-dad wore after the war. He also carries LAYRITE products, so you won't have to order it online and pay shipping!

1 shot slinger - nice window work! Good to see something painted the right way and not just a vinyl sticker thrown up.

KCsledz,57 Corvette ~ Bob,Spoggie,Sinister thanks a ton for the kind words!

Thanks fellas, they are a constant evolution! Other than the first 4, the rest of the bikes(and pretty much everything on my site) has been built since the beginning of last year. I think it's funny now to go back and look at some of my first pieces, I can't imagine what it's gonna be like 5 or 10 years from now lol.

I know cool when I see it! I'm not gonna get into whether it's "right" or not, but there is no disputing it's "bad-assness":D

I have to say, the quality of art here is quite impressive.

bonesmsd, the memorial shirt is excellent.
    jdustu, your sculptures are bad-ass.
ToddJ, I want one of those in my garage!

All in all, there's a lot to look at. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Nice work everyone! Hey JERRY REED, if Wisconsin ever gets the helmet law, I'm puttin you on speed dial!!

  29. Again I say, Friday is my favorite day!
I love this art show and all the tallent. You guys are awesome!
So the big boss, Jim is retiring here in the Body Service Group at GM.
    He too is a "dustyoldbodyman"
It only seemed fitting to flame a fender for him and do a little ditty on his old side deal with his best buddy Brian.
The flames are Kandy pagan gold and Kandy Tangerine, the sign part is Kandy Red and Kandy Pagan gold. One shot for the lines and letters, Shop Line fast panel clear for the top coat (gotta sneak up in that one shot with a ure clear). Kinda fun...

Some reason I really like the '57 Caddy and the LaSalle. Both very cool and I would love to have one of each in my garage one day.:D
