Things like this are exactly why I don't post any of my work online. Good luck in getting credit where credit is due. Jesse seems like an alright dude, just shoot him a PM on here and see about getting a little credit in the next issue or something. Good Luck with whatever end result you get.

Hey man, i know how it is...to have your work taken without your consent, and I dont really think your post is tooooo crybaby! I mean, your not raising a bitch fit.

If it was me, i would start badgering the magazine! Tellem you musta liked my picture enough to use it in your mag, how about you use me some more!

    Congrats on the publication. =)

Ok... I just got a call from "someone" about this. Basically it was an accident and mis-understanding. It was explained to me and blame was accepted. I totally appreciate the call and I feel much better about this whole incident knowing that it was an honest to goodness mistake.

This thread can now be closed and forgotten...

Thanks again (you) for calling me.
    I respect you for it!

I like the way Hank Cash handled the situation.

Really like your work. You took a black & white fuzzy edge picture of my T at LSRU that looks bad ass. They should check all pictures for credits before they us them, give them a call I'm sure they will take care of you. Is it ok to use the picture you took on my profile? If not I'll remove it.

    HC,
Great work. Love that California Vacation shot!

I agree about tagging your photos. In Photoshop you can enter meta data that travels with the image even if someone changes the file name. Slim

  11. Behold the power of the H.A.M.B., post a problem and get a call back in an hour resloving it. How cool is that!

Glad to see they stepped up and took responsibility for the mistake. Cool photo.
