For some strange reason I really like this car. It's on ebay right now. I know it's not a falcon but what the hell.

Yep, it's the same car. It sat for the last couple years with no engine, but then he realized that he actually had everything to put it back together other than some gaskets. A weekend later, it was running.

Not to my knowledge. It sat under a tree for many years, but could have been green back in the 60s.

I’m interested in lowering my ‘61 Futura, but it’s my daily driver, so I don’t want to compromise the ride and maneuverability (i.e. parallel parking) too much. I see that the Hot Rod Magazine Rustoleum Falcon had 2 coils cut and 3-inch blocks in the rear, so I was thinking that 1 coil and 2-inch blocks might suit me, but I’d love some input on this decision from those in the know.

Looks great Paul. BTW, I wanted to thank you for your PM on Fordsix the other day. I hadn't yet gotten around to writing a response.

Are those 13s or 14s on your Ranchero?

They probably won't fit a yank Falcon, remember our cargo windows are much shorter......

  18. Wow, that is nice!

    Thanks,

Brandon's Falcon (mentioned previously in this thread) is in the August 2009 issue of Car Craft!

It's interesting they say it will become the next trend...

  21. You could also do the shelby A-arm relocation to lower it some, which aparently makes them handle better also

Does anybody know who got it? Is it still there or its been sold overseas? that is if sold at all.
Its kool no doubt, im no fan of rat anything but this thing looks bad ass.
On the other hand the Real Patina flat black "Gasser" Falcon is THE real deal! Id probably kill to own it! I hope whoever owns it now will keep it looking like that, it really looks menaceing......
then about the next trend  thing.....i tought falcons, early mustangs and 60s mopars where A/FXed a long time ago, wasnt it when they were new??:)
Or they meant that people will stop puttin togheter POS rods and start raising front ends gasser style? cause that would be a lot more scarier.....
    anyway, its all BS.
