Hey Jordan, I took mine for the maiden voiage today with the B engine...in 20 degree weather. Better get on yours

 

Chris and Jorden ,love what you guys are doing. You guys have really "got it", especially for young guys. I will keep following this thread. Chris i can't find the thread that you started that shows the coupe with the engine complete and goes from there, could you tell me the name of the thread so i can search for it? Thanx, Brian

Thanx Chris, i will look them up . Looking forward to more of this kidding between you and Jorden and the other guy with the C-dan. Keep 'banging' away on those old Fords. I live in a rain forrest up here and any old car just rots away in this climate, so it's a treat to see dry Model A's like yours.

Last i saw he was finishing up his exhaust. They turned out pretty good too, for a rat-roddddeer.

 

Jordan is 100% rat rod. Thats why we get a long so well, no matter what he does it just makes my shit look better

 

Boy oh boy this is a great thread not only do we see a killer build we are also seeing a "Bromance" blossom before our eyes..Dont mind me I have neither so I have to admire yours from afar

Yeah, no shit. I have been sick in bed with the flu all day waiting for an update. Waiting, and waiting...

 

i made a draglink and monted it, finished the steering excetp for the column drop(i need a 40 colum) and wheel, and titied up the pedles, tomorrow im doing the master cylinder and radiator will be done by monday, so progress is happening fast, ill post pics so chris feels better.

Sorry Jordan, but I am about 6 months late answering your question but it appears you figured it out.

I have a stock worm gear model A box moved 7 inches back and shortened 6 inches.It clears the fenton headers nicley I plan to upgrade to a F1 shortened 6 inches once I pull I the 59A and the 8BA goes in.

Your sedan looks great and NO CHOP if it has fenders. Rule # 3 of hotrodding.

 

i will NOT chop it, i abide by the hotrod rule book i love that coupe!

Tex, what are the #'s of those wheels on your coupe?

Oh, and fuck rule #3! Mine got fenders and will be sportin' a healthy chop
