Well I guess it is time to start a build tread for my sedan project. My friend Jimmy is the master mind behind all of this. We are both working on my sedan together but he is the man. So we started this on June 5th 2009 and this is where we are at as this time. I will update as we go. Are goal is to have it at least 99% mocked up or running by Sept 5th for Greaserama in KC.

  2. Looks like you are off to a good start!

  3. Are those front frame rails welded on with a square butt joint?

looks like a nice project, but i would definitely put some kinda fish plates on those butt welded joints. doesnt look too safe!. nice build though!

Did not say we were done with it yet. We still need to weld plates over the butt welds and cap the frame off. put horns on the front and alot more to the frame and everything else. This is just were we are at right now. We are far from done. We have only been working on it for a month and really only once a week for that month.

Not sure if it's just the angle of the pics but it looks like you may need a C-notch so that your rear has more room for travel.

  23. It pains me to see butchered subrails like that. I am making it my mission to Save our Subrails or SOS for short.
