Certainly not a "traditional hot rod" type of event but there was a fair amount there. If you can find it in yourself to appreciate something other than a traditional car, there was some super stuff to look at. Anyway, most of this doesn't fit here but I'm posting some of what I shot. Hope you enjoy. JH
Where's the Fonz when you need him? I was actually cracking up when I took these. The owners weren't amused while I walked around snapping pics.
It was good to meet Taylor there. Really appreciate him sharing his tent. Somehow I didn't get a shot of his KILLER '39 Standard coupe. What a car! Anyway, hope to cross paths again in the future Taylor. Maybe I'll come down & try some of that BBQ you're peddlin'. You're welcome to hang out with us anytime. Jim
Great picture's Jim, thanks for posting. It was hotter-n-hell up there but enjoyed meeting you ,Kirby,David and all the rest of the gang. Ya'll come on down and I'll fix you up with some good ole southern style Q. Kirby thats one great looking little coupe you got , that Y block sounded good with the cap's off too. Hope to catch ya'll out again sometime , enjoyed the company. Scott
great pics, thanks for sharing. the tire on that Chrysler is shinier than the best paint job I ever had! that car's like a time capsule, right outta 1987
Thanks for posting the pictures Jim. I REALLY dig that hemi powered Bantam. BTW, the '38 is running like a champ. I've been driving it all over Frank
Frank, I'm pleased to hear that the '38 is running strong. Would love to see some current pics. Seeing Taylor's '39 brought back a lot of memories. I loved that coupe. Jim
Those pics of Buckshot were something. Just think he'll have to get a bigger cooller now that he's building a pickup.
That is a Nash. Cant remember the year, but it was very cool. Another fine piece of work by Jason Graham.
It is somewhere between 37-39.It was a Bowling Green the weekend before.I saw it going down the Interstate too.
