Working out of town I spotted this driving down the road, stopped, chatted and took some pictures. All original (even the 1932 CA plate) and very nice! I wanted it.

Sweet sighting. Love the old biddy and the reversed painted WW's, the lady looks patient too.

There's a local guy here who drives his all original/unrestored 29' Roadster pickup to the bakery every morning for donuts/coffee. That one is cleaner than his though... Too cool! :)

That dry Barstow climate did that truck well. I'd love to find one that nice.

    Thanks for the pics.

Yes it did, stuff can sit for years there and not rust away. I think they said it was originally from New Mexico. The lady said that it has been sitting outside for some time and they put a battery in it and started it up. I was driving behind it for a while, nothing like old exhaust fumes!

  18. They are still out there,,,this one came from an Estate sale in North Carolina several years ago and Dan drives it a lot!HRP

I know a guy who picked one up like that. didn't run though. the only thing he used was the bed and cab as well as the frame rails. brought it to a shop where the guy takes your money but doesn't work on your car. then he trades and sells your extra parts. it's probably still there

How many tail lights on a 1932 Ford pickup? Which side was it on, if there was only one?

Yes, that is the original type/style bumper on a 1932 Ford truck ( cars also ) :D

I would just LOVE to have a 32/33/34 Ford pickup but the cab is so small, my big ole butt and legs just does not fit ... darn it.

  27. That's one of the coolest old trucks I've ever seen.

  28. One on the left side only unless the state laws required two.

  29. It looks like every stock bumper I have seen including the two in my garage.
