Lot of fun, made a few 1/4 mile passes, great weather for the drive there and back (if you left early enough, that is).

Whud you run? I always enjoy hearing the et's and trap speeds for hot rods. Cool stuff.

Some cool old Mopars in the pit area and my 56 Chevy. The old Chevy turned a best of 14.77 @93 but I'm determined to go faster next time.

That's awesome. It doesn't have to run a 10 to be fun. The point is you aren't afraid to romp on it. Cool!

We were with Nostalgia Super Stock boys. I know that there were motor problems for some but they all had a blast. Most were from Ill and Wisconsin but one towed 12 hours from Omaha...........

thanks for this nice photo, 390Merc., I really loved your 56 Chevy and I am proud that you chose to park next to my ugly old gasser for a photo! Your car is very nice.

I had a great time and recorded my best time ever with the old girl. I think it is finally starting to get broke in. Ran a 12.419.

I was impressed with all the falcons and the great collection of one of my favorites, the Henry J. Must have been a half dozen J's and I don't believe any two were from the same stable.

Great photos of the NSS guys. I have gotten to meet most of them and they really put on a great show. They are willing to travel a long distance, too. One fellow told me he was twelve hours away and that he had just lost his job on Friday. Priorities!

My Father In Law (4My2Dads) turned 14.4 at 92. He said he felt like a teenager again. Guess that is what it is all about, huh:)

The last time I was at the Muncie dragway was in 1965. That was just before I went on my"senior trip" with the U.S. Navy! This past Saturday was another"Senior" trip!
