I workin' on yours, Big fan of your car and the work you do my friend.
It's in the "shop" now, I stayed after hours at work to smooth out the body
I should have it fogged by tonight.

Also (this goes to everyone with a request) can you post a swatch of the color or a car with that color you want, this takes the guess-work out of what light to medium green might be.:D

Everytime I Photoshop a car I'm amazed at how many similarities there are between computer work and real work, things like masking, paint pressure,
color, brush types (sandpaper grit) actually chopping or lowering by eye. If I could get paid to do this all day I would. Less bondo boogers too!!

Wondering if someone could change this to a silver or gunmetal gray. It has a fresh paintjob on it now but it is all F@#k up. Not sure I want to have it painted the same color again or not.

    Thanks in advance.

...how about just blocking it down and putting some irridescent over it?

Thanks SDhotrod, shame I can't drop it that low. The tires hit in the front. I like the dark gray, it's a lot darker then I was even thinking.

I'd like to see my wifes wagon chopped, slightly more in the back (ala Dodge Magnum style), and lowered. The light blue top to a white or creme color. With wide whites and Caddy caps?

Any other artistic freedoms beyond that would be greatly appreciated. She floored me when she'd came home and said she'd decided she wanted it chopped and custom now. Thank you in advance.

As for electrodude, it may be a street rod in some peoples eyes but thats way more Boyd then I would ever go.

I wasn't shooting for Boyd when I did that, I was trying to make a metallic silver, it just turned out a little shinier than I had planned, and I thought it looked pretty wild to boot!

...and I would never call anyones ride a street rod, unless that's what they're into:D

Here you go Pepe......I think bubble skirts would look good too. I don't normally like them but it could work on this car I'll try to find some.

    Ditto.
Sweet job on that shoebox too.:)

  20. No, its not strectched!
Its not even chopped much at the front - 2 or 3" at a guess. The centre rear window is layed down though I guess you´d need plexi for the end pieces of the back window. The only visual "cheating" going on is the blacked out B pillar. (I am wondering about the angle of the photo though - it may be making the roof look thinner than it is). I was surprised at how good it turned out - I normally end up messing with four doors for ages for an only moderately attractive result, but this just worked really well straight away.

  28. Before and a couple of afters. Not too much of a chop, or it´ll end up useless as a wagon, Bel Air chrome, skirts and a slanted C pillar.

Love how the back part of the wagon slopes down much like a feetline but still very much a wagon. You definitely have my attention.
