Visited this forum several times and finally now registered. Lots of great stuff here. I am chained to a desk by day, run a part-time auto salvage at home nights and weekends. Being an car-nut often distracts me from attempting to work. Looking forward to meeting some MN rod people. thanks Mike
Thanks. I live just south of Brownton. It's roughly an hour and some change west of the twin cities. Good place to stash cars behind the barn!
Thanks to everyone for the welcome. This is what they mean by Minnesota (and Wisconsin) nice. Picked up a '50 Chev pickup a few weeks back. Finally got it off the trailer the other night. Looking forward to some tinkering this long weekend.
Listening to Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion on NPR as I read your post. Always wondered if there was any good tin to be found around Lake Wobegon.
thanks! I am looking forward to next weekend at Bttf's. Unfortunately, none of my old trucks are able to drive in under their own power currently. Guess it's the family mini van hiding in the parking lot this year. p.s. to quote the above message, if I figure out where lake wobegon is or if there is one, I'll check the tin
