Just wandering if anyone can recall an artists impression of a 32 Roadster with an Art Deco Style to it. From memory I think it was in Street Rodder Artist Showcase section or maybe R & C back in the late 80's or early 90's. It was drawn as a fenderless roadster but had full streamlined shrouds around all four wheels and I think a Duvall Windsheild. I would love to see it again if someone can dig out a picture and post it. Did anyone build it? Thanks.
I am currently sketching and searching in several directions for the exact right "art deco" look for a future project... As soon as I find the exact "look", I will build it. Sorry, it was before my time on the HAMB, but it sounds like a theme I've come back to from time to time. Here's the most recent iteration: I'm not getting time to draw these days, so this one hasn't got further than a pencil rough. I see this in a pale mint green over navy blue, with chrome fender tops. One day ...
From what I remember it was done by a guy by the name of Waldo. I think he has been on the HAMB at times. Might want to check the member list on that one.
