Running board Tech????????

Anyone done a running board tech? I have made up some wood "bucks" the shape and size I need for a '39 Willys pickup and want to reproduce them to sheet metal, no rubber. Yep, did a search first but didn't catch what I was looking for. Thanks.........

 

Street Rodder did a pretty good tech on this, but I can't find it on their website. I'll look for it when I get home and let you know the issue, maybe even scan it for you tomorrow here at the office.
