I bought this July 4th 2008 I have cut and chopped it we are finally driving it and having a blast our biggest comment is what color are you going to paint it we like it just the way it is... We kept it all MOPAR my wife has a thing about no cross breeding cars. My other project is a 1953 Plymouth 2 door wagon... Just wondering what other HAMBERS think.. By the way still looking for a grill that one is just temporary.
couple of nice mopar projects you have there. it sounds like you have a pretty smart wife...... a mopar in a mopar what a novel Idea
Rockin' cool truck. Wagon, too. Of course this is from a big Mopar fan. I've always thought that the converging grille lines of the immediate postwar Dodge trucks (46-8?) would look truly awsome if done right for something hoodless. You'd have nice trailing lines towards the cab. If you don't know what I mean, I suppose a photo could be found. Anyways, most excellent work. Joe
Looks good ! I am building a 37 Plymouth pick up this winter I hope . I have seen the grills on Ebay . That is how I got mine . You did yours about how I will be doing mine . The color looks great ! BTW do you have an extra grill frame or any parts left over to sell ?
nice truck. We are building a 37 Plymouth Truck; we are also into keeping it all mopar. Got a late model hemi (from a 2004 truck) and trans/ rear in it.
