Dragster frames........picture thread.

    There is a whole 440 line and there is alot of interchange,,the frame I posted could be a transitional frame as you can see the Eelco/CR frame mounting plates and no scatter shield

    actually looking it over never seen this cage the 2 lower hoops in the back and the side rails actually come outside of the cage and curve back in,,,hmmmmmmm

    ok what the storying in this lil fella

    So its interesting that all these old frames were gas welded,,I wouldnot have thought gas welds to be strong enough

    big tubes should be .120 -.125

    Hey little wing, do you got any of the specs on that k-88 of yours? The bottom rail length, wheelbase?? I really wana build my own k88, so bad ass. Thanks for any info you can give man. Im really greatful

    This a K-88 or TE-448 ?? Was'nt the K the same just Eelco made it and it had different mounting plates?

    Wow, for under $500 you could have a roller chassis, just add welding and rear tires/wheels. Awesome.

    Worked on mine ALL DAY today - took care of some "naggin' 'lectrical issues" - darned electrons. Loved every minute of it - truth be told.

    I can't wait to see yours smoke the hides!!!!!!

    Anyone know HOW MANY different versions of the TE-440 were made,, I know of 3 ,,the front end change and at least 2 different roll cages
