I have been working on the car as much as I can. Time is pretty scarce. I finally got the front and rear suspension on. Got the brakes all together. Started bleeding them today. Had to change the exhaust that I had already finished because I went in a different direction. Everything is taking a lot more time than I would like. I should know, it always does.

Thanks for all the kind words. I hope to bolt some parts on the engine and make the fuel line today.

Looking really good man ,you are on the way and getting close to being in the wind,

We all know how much time and effort goes into building something that nice ..

Be proud of yourself, and just know the pride you'll have in a short time after its on the road...

    GOOD JOB.....

The paint is Hot Rod Flatz deep maroon. I have read a lot of posts on Hot Rod Flatz paint and this is the first time I have used it. I really like it. It sprayed well and was easy to use. I would use it again. I have cleaned dust off the car several times and the pain doesn't scratch up like primer does. The real test is to see how it holds up while driving the car. I hope to do an extensive test in the next few months.

Thanks. This car has been built almost entirely by me in my garage. Some things had to be done outside (sandblasting, machine work, etc.). Sometimes it's hard to stay motivated. I guess you have to just keep plugging away. I can't wait for that first drive!!!!

  20. You are totally going to make LA Roadster show no problem. Lincoln will have to get the first ride right?

I don't think it will be ready for the Roadster show. Lots of stuff going on now and watching the "little one" takes a lot of time.

    Most excellent.

  27. What is the rule for the La Roadster show. Can you enter a 32 powered V12 engine hot rod flat black that has been powder coated in the show. Please let me know.

In the preferred parking or swap space it would be fine. In the roadster parking area, the car has to have shinny paint and an interior.
