nice pix, thanks for posting. I'm thinking these carb scoops are 50's Caddy AC vent scoops that go on the back fenders. how cool is that?

 

Still regret getting rid of it? I prefer the Lightening Bug but man would it be cool to have both!

Man the cool torture truck with the 2 dummies tied to back... I could use that in so many ways. Now thats a customer complaint department vehicle. hahahaha

 

Is that thing supposed to be there or was it left over from a comic convention. It sure is Bitchen although I don't thing that the wheels are era specific to the rest of the car. Otherwise it's breathtaking!

 

Looks like somebody has cleaned up the hillbilly convertible(post 4, bottom right corner) Damn, that thing's so homely....I like it! Is the new owner amongst us?

 

It came from the Mel Gibson movie 'Mad Max 2' from the 1980's filmed in Aussie. Bloody good watch if ya find it. Mel wasn't a religious fruit loop back then.

Do any of you remember that Gold Custom with the catfish looking front.
It was on here quite a while back sitting on the side of some back road. There was a bit of discussion about it some time ago. Glad it got brought back to life. The car was in Car Craft from what I remember. Needed LOTS of work at the time.
