I thought that the fabric was old drapes at first. It could work, depending on what you plans are for the exterior finish.

I agree. It has almost morphed into a Fleetline(fastback). I certainly can appriciate the amount of work that has been done though.

yea the seats are kinda funky, try getting some hog rings to tighten everything up a little. they worked great for me with some mexican blankets:)

Well taking for ever to get the little ends done but finished the exhaust and took her for a spin tonight runs good. Carb needs a little tuning and just have to clean up the wiring and airlines then find some door handles and window cranks. but she's pretty much ready to rock.
Anyways back to the pictures got lots this round...

Wow, she's lookin' killer! Great to see the car outside and running, but jumpin' Jesus on a pogo stick, those last three pics almost put me in a neck brace-HA! SOOOO glad you decided to run the exhaust through the bumper--did you see last month's Rod and Custom? This cat did pretty much the same deal and it absolutely made the car. Great work, you are a monster!

Nice work hoitink, show's what a man can do with no fear, ambition, and 4 months with snow on the ground. Now you're like the rest of us up here, just waiting for the damn snow to leave.

Good too see some very classy rides coming out of the prairies! I'm not knocking your work at all, lord knows I can't talk, but something about the flow between the roof and the deck looks off to me... like maybe the deck was pancaked a little too much... I dunno.

Anyways, really killer work man! Are you bringing it too SuperRun in Red Deer this summer?

Here I go again nit pickin, but in the straight on front view the bumper ends are drooping. I think you need to pie cut or V notch the center, and bring those ends up a little till they're level. I really like this car, it's just that, like all things, the nearer to perfect it becomes, the more the little problems stand out.
