Will this work? http://www.tanksinc.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=results/Category_ID=70/home_id=59/mode=cat/cat70.htm
Any one know of anyone runing a slim 1/4 keg in the original location. Like for a sedan . A i have seen as for kegs is ones mounted in the beds early trucks
I went to a place that builds fire trucks and they made me a tank for my 54 ford panel out of Alum. They did a real good job and price was ok.
Have you thought of grafting two tanks together to make one large one? I am going to run mine behind the back seat, but I am still trying to find the right tank to run. It has to be slim like a 60's chev pickup tank, but no longer than 40 inches. I am going to make an 8" package tray behind the seat, so the tank can be up to 7.5 inches wide. Any suggestions? If I can't find one I guess I'll have to make it.
"Will this work? http://www.tanksinc.com/index.cfm/pa...=cat/cat70.htm " That's what I was wondering. I think The Filling Station sells that tank. Maybe I'll ask if I can return it if it doesn't work. Anybody know?? Jim <!-- / message -->
Make a cardboard template of the shape you need, and some precise drawings and dimensions, and head for the nearest sheet metal shop. Here's the 22 gallon polished stainless tank for my '36, made just that way.
