I grew up in salinas, Ca. and hung out at his shop as a kid growing up while my dad was having his merc being re worked by butch and rod . at the same time curlees merc was being built , midnite sensation, and a couple of other mercs too . after those years i remember it going into the van era then the awlful show promoter pac man and mork egg car .
