What did you get your wife for X-mas?

You guys have it way too easy. I've got Christmas followed by our anniversary on the 27th. Bought one really nice gold bracelet and I hope she doesn't read this. We've been married 45 years this year so it is a little easier. Damn sure can't afford a new house or a Hummer.

I took my coupe to the upholstery shop, Oh I mean OUR coupe,

 

4 lane slot car set from AFX and she asked for it! Now I just gotta find
some vintage cars, the set comes with Formula 1 type cars and I don't
belong to the wine & cheese crowd.

 

This beauty... the keys are already in a gift wrapped box. I'm sure she'll be thrilled. It's an automatic and has in dash A/C... should be beautiful when i'm done and it'll be "her classic car"... and if she hates it, it'll be "my classic car"... and the spa gift certificate I bought her as a backup gift comes into play....

 

I tend to pay attention to what she's wishing for throughout the year. This year she's getting a Nintendo DS and some simple jewelry. Money's tight since I'm making 2 house payments to secure our dream home!

I'm also going to have the DS custom pinstriped if Chaddilac will let me know when a good time to drive down and get it done!

My wife buys her own presents. She bought an iphone and told me that would be her christmas this year. I mistakenly thought when she said that what she meant was dont buy me anything else. Ive been in the dog house for a few days after telling her I hadnt planned on buying more stuff.

I went out today and got her some hoodie sweat shirts and some picture frames for the baby.

 

new rims for her t-bird, play station 3, and the rockband 2 game pack.

 

my wife is too practical, it drives me crazy. no jewelry. a microwave and some gift cards and some cash.

 

Along with the exercise bike she also gets a Christmas Goose (Whoo Hooo)

 

Nice string of pearls for my wife, she's been real good this year.

The Ms. sells jewelry for JCP so I let her pick a couple pcs out. Total was 70% off the tag with discounts etc. Unreal scam the jewelry business is! Worked for me this year though! lol

"Shook" mine under the tree while she was at work and it "feels" like RJ Hardbound Edition.

You guys have it all way too easy, got xmas, her birthday and our 25th anniversary all in the next couple of weeks. Bought her a new lawn mower with a catcher, she's been complaining about the old one for ages cause it's got no catcher and she has to rake up after she's finished the mowing.

Usually,one or both of my daughters and I go Christmas shopping for my wife on Christmas eve,,,A lot less people and a slight bit of panic but we ALAWAYs have fun,,,

We also have a new granddaughter named Veda that will add new excitement to the holiday season! HRP

 

i got her a couple wire brush cups to strip the paint off my truck and some free floating shelves for her birthday 2days later.and a all inclusive 5 day trip back to mn where she thinks -10 is too cold.. and to think i almost went with the mexico idea

 

A new 4 seat electric golf cart for her to tool around the beach area in.

Also a new journey necklace. Bought her one the first Christmas we were married. She had it on her vanity last Monday morning. Exterminator showed up with a new employee and she must of been a magician in her former job as the necklace disappeared during her visit.
