Here's one for you guys.

I am switching over to 5 lugs, so I need some new wheels. I don't really like the newer style rims that you usually see on novas, but am a little wary of spending a bunch of cash on what I think I want without getting a better idea of what it will look like.

I am thinking about smoothies with shannon cones and beauty rings, with the rims painted gloss black or the color of the car.

Another possibility is rally rims with push through bullet caps and beauty rings.

Or you could do what you think would look good.

The car does sit a little lower since this pic was taken. I don't have a good side shot of the new stance:





I don't intend to make it much lower than it is.

Is that stretched any, or is it the 'steped on' look making it appear longer?

 

Can someone chop my 34 maybe a mild 1 1/2" and a more radical 4" with the posts laid back for comparison?

Ok Photoshop Guru's...How about adding some color on my ride?
Either Suede Dark Green with a Gloss Black Roof with Green Flake
or
RootBeer/Copper with a cream/off white roof... or whatever you think would look good!

Marten, if you mean me, yes That was the idea. Just not sure if I like the colors together. You did a great job! Can you do RootBeer or Cooper?

Mine needs help please, more rake, caps on the wheels or different wheels, and a color other than the christmasy green primer. and maybe chrome on the windshield instead of the bare brass it is now?

 

That looks awesome!!! I wish I was that good with photoshop. I never can seem to get the paint/color to look realistic. This is best I can do. I am planning on painting the Newport gloss black down the sides and dark candy red over big flake on the flat panels.

Here is my original panel truck picture followed by mocked up version inspired by similar year Buicks. I just got a Wacom 21" screen that I made this on it to try out the screen. If you haven't tried one you really have too!
