Well, Matt and I just got back from a whole week in Vegas at SEMA. It was down a little from the past few years but was still packed with cool shit to see. Yes, there was a lot of horrible stuff too. I still just can't understand the whole ghetto huge wheel thing.

The title says four idiots, there were four and then two went home on Tuesday.

Last Sunday, Jason (Big Dirty), Scott (Fear No Man), Matt (Seret Customs), and I drove out. May Cause Dangerous caught a ride with my boss in his race car trailer. I stayed the whole week because MCD was there the whole time.

We got pulled over for doing 95 in a 65 about 15 minutes into the trip. We used the secret handshake...

The rest of the drive out was as expected, four retards having a killer time. We stopped by Gene Winfield's on the way, ran the rental car through it's paces in our own off-road baja and mudbog run, and rode what used to be the world's tallest rollercoaster.

That first night in Vegas found us drinking at a club, roaming the strip, and getting in a fight. It was a full day!

The rest of the week was spent walking the 18 miles of aisles that make up SEMA. Being an aftermarket-based tradeshow, there's not a ton of traditional stuff, but there is some. It didn't matter because we (the ex-SNUGGLERS) make our own fun.

Wednesday night was the HRIA (Hot Rod Industry Alliance) awards banquet. It's a who's who of hot rodding with attendees like Alex Xedias, Blackie Gegian, and more. Blackie even got an ISCA Hall of Fame induction.

I was extremely honored to have had May Cause Dangerous invited to show at SEMA and at the HRIA banquet and having drag racing announcing legend Dave McClelland reading my name and the details of my car to the star-studded crowd was quite a rush. I think Alex was stoked to be there too.

SEMA is probably not every HAMBer's idea of a good time but we had a blast and I got to meet a bunch of you guys.

Here's some of the debauchery and entertainment. The other retards should add to this post.

Winfield's. I can't believe I remembered how to get there...I think it's been almost five years since I was there. The other guys got WAY more shots here than I did.

Jason has better photos of the Baja run in the desert in the rental car. Ask Scott how it is to leave the window down while you are mudbogging...he got a face full of muddy water!

I've never seen Ivan Stewart race and shoot at the same time.

There were some HUGE puddles of mud out in the dirt.

sounds like a lot of fun. Sema isnt the destiantion, having fun with friends on a road trip.... is what it is all about. MCD is very deserving, though I cant believe that the modern aftermarket can reconize the beauty.......

    Some of Seret's pics...

That burrito held on for about 15 minutes, then jumped off and attacked some poor girl's car at 90 MPH.

Yes, it's a claw game for winning lobsters. I played, but I didn't win. I would have taken it back to my room and then put it on a leash for SEMA.

Cool pics. I've been to SEMA in the past and me and Cuzzindeke took alot of pics of girls too. I don't remember us laying down on the floor though. Awesome. Cool to see May Cause Dangerous, the Golden Submarine, and some of the legends of the industry (besides KIRK!, that is). What is the silver twin bubble top bullet bird Kustom? Is it a well known car with history? And one more question, don't rental cars have computers that record abusive driving? Just asking.

HaHaHa Kirk greatest sema photothread ever bar none. Stuff like this is why I sent my goodguys membership in after Dallas just to get the magazine. So after a couple of days at the show how many people walked the other way when they saw you guys coming?

  30. Way too much fun and not near enough butt crack. Of the female persuasion that is. Not near as good as being there though.
